As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Lead and develop the patient services team to deliver warm, professional, and consistent service experiences.
  • Oversee patient flow, appointment scheduling, and care coordination.
  • Address patient inquiries and resolve service-related issues while upholding high standards of care.
  • Establish, review, and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support efficient clinic operations.
  • Collaborate with administrative, finance, and clinical support teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Manage audit readiness, regulatory inspections, and equipment maintenance.
  • Support emergency preparedness and crisis management protocols.
  • Lead operational improvement and change initiatives.
  • Support service launches and facility expansion projects.
  • Manage procurement processes and supplier relationships, including negotiations.
  • Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels for efficient utilization.

Requirements:

  • Possess a Degree in any related fields or equivalent.
