Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive all the operational activities while maximizing our productivity and efficiencies, with an overall accountability for sales, profits, people and QSC KPIs.
  • Manages and works closely with Area Managers to develop operational strategies to improve sales and profits
  • Manage and guide the Area managers and operations team to ensure motivation, commitment, productivity, drive and pride.
  • Responsible for achieving internal sales and profit objectives on monthly, quarterly and yearly.
  • Analyse past financials and business information to spot trends and threats
  • Prepare monthly budgets for costs of food, staff, operations based on past data
  • Work closely with HR manager to align HR policies and reward systems in order to motivates and enhance the welfare of staff
  • Responsible for all service staff and improve service standards and workflow procedures
  • Involve in all HR recruitment process and initiative in order to meet the manpower requirement
  • Provide emotional and technical support to outlet management staff in order to build up motivation and morale
  • Provide feedback to Operations Development department on day-to-day operations
  • Develop systems which are deemed to be most appropriate for efficiency and the speed of service, which will ensure maximum customer satisfaction
  • Manage and oversee all event operations, including planning, coordination, execution, and post-event review to ensure smooth delivery and strong customer experience.
  • Handle all B2B administrative functions, including billing, contract follow-ups, corporate sales coordination, and building B2B revenue pipelines.
  • Support the consolidation of B2B sales performance and ensure timely billing, accuracy of documentation, and smooth communication with corporate clients.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Management with at least 8 years of experience in Operations and at least 3 years in managerial position, or an equivalent combination of related experience and formal education.
  • Have helicopter view and foresight to see the overall picture, spot trends and plan ahead
  • Competent with financial analysis and effective problem solving skill
  • Good people skills and effective communicator
  • Good F&B industry knowledge and familiar with different strategies used by industry players and competitors
  • Is mature, attentive listener and decisive
  • Required to work on off-office hours as and when required
  • Required to travel from outlet to outlet frequently
  • Proficient with Microsoft software such as Word, Excel & PowerPoint
