Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full sales and customer service setup for the pre-opening phase
  • Lead and manage the Sales and Customer Service Teams
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive room sales and client acquisition
  • Promote and grow the client base for high-end SPA programs
