**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Job Purpose**:
To be successful as a Team Leader, you will have the added responsibilities to support the Concierge Service Manager to guide, train and inspire the team to perform at their optimal. You have a track record of team motivation and positive sales results.

Ultimately, a top-notch team leader should display excellent interpersonal skills to build quality relationships with the team, clients, and stakeholders. Be goal-driven and manage the day-to-day activities of the team efficiently.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide client service support for Bulgari retail network and E-commerce.
- Manage incoming contacts regarding products, services and general inquiries.
- Timely update of client interaction details in Salesforce.
- Process E-commerce orders from beginning to the end.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients and establish a positive rapport with every client
- Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to review processes, address concerns and fulfil requests on products and services.
- Support Concierge Service Manager as the first contact of escalation from Concierge Service Specialist when clients’ feedback arises.
- Proactively ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration which includes enhancement of timeline to achieve KPIs
- Generate revenue increase by offering sound recommendations and suggestions
- Assist the day-to-day activities of the team.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in relevant fields
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience
- Understanding of luxury retail business with business awareness.
- Able to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and Public Holidays
- Passionate about helping others and drive client satisfaction
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle complaints/feedback competently
