About the role

As a Team Member/Service Crew at KFC/Pizza Hut Singapore, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our restaurant in the Orchard Central Region. What you'll be doing

  1. Greeting and welcoming customers with a friendly and professional demeanour
  2. Taking customer orders accurately and processing transactions efficiently
  3. Preparing and serving food and beverages to customer specifications
  4. Maintaining a clean and organised restaurant environment, including cleaning tables, restocking supplies, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
  5. Providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction
  6. Collaborating with the team to support the overall operations of the restaurant
