About the role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Part Time Service Crew to join our team at DAPAIDANG GROUP PTE. LTD. in the Orchard Central Region. This part-time role is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in the hospitality industry while contributing to the success of our dynamic restaurant.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive dining experience for our guests
  2. Assisting with table set-up, clearing, and resetting
  3. Delivering food and beverages to customers in a timely and professional manner
  4. Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant floor and service areas
  5. Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service and meal preparation
  6. Addressing customer inquiries and resolving any concerns in a friendly and courteous manner

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a restaurant or café setting
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and team members
  3. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation
  4. A positive, enthusiastic, and team-oriented attitude
  5. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
