Join us as a Service Crew.

Our new restaurant specializing in chicken rice and other Asian food will be opening soon at Orchard Road.

The service crew provides attentive service to customers, ensuring an enjoyable dining experience. You have good knowledge of all the items on the menu.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and drink orders
  • Provide menu recommendations based on customer preferences and product knowledge.
  • Ensure all customers' orders and requests are fulfilled promptly and satisfactorily
  • Ensure food preparation and drinks presentation meet company standards
  • Work closely and cooperatively with the service team to deliver good customer service
  • Clear tables promptly and reset them for the next guests once customer leaves
  • Perform outlet opening and closing duties
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Manager or Supervisor

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Always willing learn and go the extra mile
  • Able to work 5.5 days a week and also on weekends and public holidays
  • Food Hygiene Certification is a requisite
  • Singaporeans only
