Job Overview:

The Service Crew plays a vital role in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations in the outlet. This role involves welcoming guests, taking and serving orders efficiently, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting team operations to create an enjoyable dining experience.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Greet and attend to guests promptly with a friendly and professional attitude.
  • Take and serve food or beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle customer feedback or complaints courteously, escalating to the supervisor when necessary.
  • Operate POS systems for billing and ensure accurate cash handling.
  • Maintain proper stock of condiments, utensils, and service tools throughout shifts.
  • Uphold food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards in dining and work areas.
  • Assist in setting up, maintaining, and closing the service area or dining section.
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth order flow.
  • Support other crew members during rush hours to maintain fast and quality service.

Job Qualifications:

  • F&B experience preferred but not required
  • Prefer strong communication and interpersonal skills with good command of Mandarin and English
  • Energetic, service-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Work Visa will not be provided by the company

  • Accurate and efficient order processing with minimal errors
  • Outlet cleanliness and hygiene standards met daily
  • Effective teamwork and smooth coordination during service hours
  • Compliance with F&B safety and operational procedures
