We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Order Coordinator to join our trading company specializing in mobile phone polarizing films. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling sales orders, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment.
主要职责(Key Responsibilities):
- 负责销售订单的接收、处理及跟进,确保准确无误。
- 与客户、供应商及内部团队协调,跟踪订单进度。
- 准备并维护订单文件、发票及运输相关信息。
- 协助处理客户咨询及订单相关问题。
- 监控库存水平,与采购团队协调补货需求。
- 确保产品按时交付并符合质量标准。
- 处理与订单管理相关的行政事务。
- Manage sales orders from receipt to completion, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to track order progress.
- Prepare and maintain order documentation, invoices, and shipping details.
- Assist in handling customer inquiries and resolving order-related issues.
- Monitor inventory levels and liaise with the procurement team as needed.
- Ensure timely delivery and quality control of ordered products.
- Support administrative tasks related to order management.
岗位要求(Requirements):
- 高中或以上学历,或相关行业经验。
- 细心,具备优秀的组织能力。
- 良好的中英文书面及口头沟通能力。
- 有订单处理或贸易公司经验者优先。
- 熟练使用Microsoft Office及相关业务软件。
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in trading, logistics, or sales support.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Good communication skills in English and Chinese, both written and spoken. We are seeking candidates proficient in Chinese to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking clients.
- Experience in order processing or trading companies is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business software.
