Job Description

A detail-oriented and motivated sales admin intern or student to support our sales and operations team by gaining hands-on experience in sales coordination, CRM tools, and business administration while working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • To provide relevant support and assistance to the Sales Team
  • To prepare reports and other documents as required by the Management
  • To liaise and coordinate with the sales partners for sales support tasks
  • Prepare claim such as buyback claim, withholding claim and distributor rebate claim
  • Upload monthly product price list

Job Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Business Management, Administration, or related field
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
  • Comfortable in handling huge data with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) or Google Sheets
  • Familiar with some basic Microsoft Excel formulas and usage such as SUMIF, VLOOKUP, Pivot Table and etc
  • Willingness to learn and contribute to a team
  • Positive attitude and ability to work independently
