About the Role

DigiFort Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support our sales and service teams. You'll handle client inquiries, prepare proposals/contracts, manage schedules, and ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide admin support to sales & service teams.
  • Handle client inquiries and requests.
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and documents.
  • Schedule meetings/appointments.
  • Maintain records and update client database.
  • Assist with office operations and inventory.

Requirements

  • Min. 2 years' admin or client support experience (sales admin preferred).
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisation and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office; CRM experience is a plus.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, problem-solver.
