Reporting to the Director, my client is looking for a Specifications Manager to grow project-based sales through strong connections with architects, designers, and developers - focusing on the Singapore's market. You will manage a small team and take full ownership of the specification journey, from identifying leads to securing wins.

Description

  • Drive specification and project sales in Singapore by targeting key decision makers (architects, ID firms, developers, and contractors).
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of commercial and residential projects.
  • Work closely with your specifications executive to track and follow up on leads.
  • Ensure timely conversion of specifications into sales orders in partnership with channel sales.
  • Present product solutions through CPD presentations, design dialogues, and project meetings.
  • Map competitor presence and actively win back share through value selling.
  • Represent the brand at industry events and trade engagements.

Profile

  • Proven experience in specification sales within the building or construction sector.
  • Existing network with interior designers, architects, developers, and contractors.
  • A true "hunter" mentality.
  • Prior experience with surface materials, paints, sanitary ware, doors, or interior finishes preferred.
  • Team management experience is a plus.
