Job Tittle: Production Coordinator

Working Location: Nearest MRT Station -Aljunied and Mattar      **Good Working Environment

Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist in prepare and organize production job sheets and related documentation.
  • Update production records promptly to maintain accuracy and traceability.
  • Coordinate with printing, finishing, binding departments and external vendors to ensure smooth production workflow.
  • Operate small digital printing machines (e.g., Konica Minolta) to ensure consistent output quality.
  • Monitor inventory of printing materials (plates, paper, ink, chemicals, etc.) and report shortages or issues.
  • Assist in troubleshooting minor issues on the production floor and escalate technical problems when needed.
  • Follow up on production timelines for customer orders to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.
  • Adhere to company safety protocols and keep the workplace clean and organized.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Manager.

Requirements :

  • Prior experience in a printing or manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of digital printing equipment and materials.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to start work immediately is a plus.
