Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 7.30am – 4.30pm
About the Role
We are seeking a Production Coordinator to join 1-year direct contract basis. In this role, you will coordinate production activities, manage schedules, and ensure on-time delivery to meet customer expectations. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a global MNC environment, with potential for extension or conversion to permanent employment.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze customer order backlog to create accurate production schedules
- Release and coordinate production orders in line with material availability
- Collaborate with the material replenishment team to resolve shortages and improve delivery performance
- Address and resolve production issues promptly to minimize delays
- Liaise with Front Office and supporting functions on delivery-related matters
- Communicate special customer requirements to production teams
- Prepare regular reports on production status and performance
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent with experience in a production/manufacturing environment
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
- Proficient in MS Office and SAP (must-have)
- Meticulous, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
