  1. Responsible for in-depth analysis and requirements gathering of business modules, conducting competitive analysis of industry peers, and designing business monetization strategies.
  2. Capable of independently completing market research, overall product design, and mid-term product planning, including setting goals and execution plans.
  3. Able to independently organize and coordinate cross-functional departments to drive project plans and ensure product implementation.
  4. Monitor and analyze product line operations, regularly analyze own products, industry trends, and competitors; propose product optimization plans based on data analysis.
  5. Work closely with technical and design teams to efficiently drive product design, development, operations, and brand promotion.
  6. Organize product training sessions and provide professional product training and demonstrations to relevant departments.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree or above in Information Technology or related fields.
  2. Over 3 years of experience in educational technology product roles.
  3. Familiar with the full product lifecycle in internet-related environments. Experience in creating product training materials and delivering professional product training and demonstrations. Hands-on experience in product modules, including market research, full product design, and mid-term planning with goal setting and execution. Technical development experience is a plus.
  4. Ability to integrate multiple business scenarios and abstract key values of platform products. Strong overall planning capabilities with the ability to develop short- and long-term integrated product plans. Strategic thinking, industry insight, business sensitivity, and unique product perspectives.
  5. Strong data and business analysis skills. Skilled in identifying issues through data analysis. Possess a broad strategic perspective, excellent coordination, communication, and team management skills, with strong documentation and structuring ability. Product-related certifications are a plus.
  6. Proficient in English and Mandarin to liaise with China team members.
