We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to drive sales in the thriving medical market with our innovative range of products. This role offers unique opportunities to engage directly with medical professionals in ENT-neuro or Respiratory/Sleep area, enhancing your expertise and the impact of our solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Introduce our portfolio of product (per assigned portfolio) to healthcare professionals, ensuring they understand the unique benefits and applications of our products.
  • Participate in surgical procedures, CMEs, conferences by demonstrating the correct operation of our equipment to the users. You will provide real-time support and ensure that the medical team is fully trained in the use of our products.
  • Establish and maintain strong rapport with Key Opinion Leaders, fostering trust and collaboration to enhance product adoption and achieve sales target.
  • Provide diligent follow-up throughout the sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns or inquiries on timely manner.
  • Gather competitor insights and market intelligence to assist the sales team in developing effective sales and marketing strategies.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree or diploma in a science-related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the medical devices industry, preferably within ENT, neuro, respiratory/sleep or surgical equipment.
  • Good to have experience in engaging in live surgeries and cadaver workshops.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken); ability to convey complex medical information clearly and persuasively.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
