About the Roles

We are seeking a dedicated Product Specialist to join a leading medical devices supplier based in Bukit Merah. This is a permanent position offering a Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm work schedule, ensuring a good work-life balance. The role comes with a competitive basic salary and performance bonus package. As a Product Specialist, you will provide on-site clinical support in operating theatres, while building strong collaborations with healthcare professionals and ensuring the effective use of medical devices and implants.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide technical expertise and guidance in operating theatres during surgical procedures involving Double Medical devices and implants.
  • Prepare and confirm surgical instruments and implants, ensuring sterility and completeness before each procedure.
  • Assist surgeons and clinical teams during operations to ensure safe and effective use of devices.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with surgeons, nurses, and hospital staff.
  • Deliver product demonstrations, workshops, and training sessions for clinical professionals.
  • Coordinate with sales and logistics teams to guarantee timely case support and product availability.
  • Collect clinical feedback and share insights with management to support product improvements.
  • Keep accurate records of case support activities and submit detailed reports promptly.
  • Follow hospital procedures and uphold company compliance standards at all times.

What We're Looking For

  • Diploma in Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a closely related discipline.
  • Previous exposure to operating theatre environments, particularly in orthopaedic or trauma surgery, will be advantageous.
  • Solid understanding of surgical practices and confidence in handling medical instruments.
  • Strong communication abilities with the capacity to collaborate effectively and solve issues under pressure.
  • Independent, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple surgical cases efficiently.
