About the Roles

We are seeking a Product Specialist to join a medical devices supplier based in Bukit Merah. This is a permanent role with a 5-day work week (Mondays to Fridays, 9.00am – 6.00pm). The position offers a basic salary with performance bonus, providing an excellent opportunity to work closely with healthcare professionals while supporting advanced surgical procedures and driving positive clinical outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide technical support in operating theatres during procedures involving Double Medical devices and implants.
  • Prepare, sterilize, and verify surgical instruments and implants prior to operations.
  • Assist surgeons during surgeries to ensure correct device usage and successful outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with surgeons, nurses, and hospital staff.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and training sessions for medical professionals.
  • Coordinate with sales and logistics teams to ensure product availability and timely case support.
  • Collect clinical feedback and share insights with management for product improvement.
  • Document case activities and submit accurate post-operative reports promptly.
  • Follow hospital protocols and uphold company compliance standards.

What We're Looking For

  • Diploma or higher in Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Experience in operating theatre environments, especially orthopaedic or trauma surgery, will be advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of surgical workflows and proficiency in handling medical instruments.
  • Effective communicator with strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple surgical cases efficiently.
