Position Overview

We're looking for passionate Customer Service Officers to join our team as the first point of contact for our valued customers. You'll play a vital role in delivering outstanding service, addressing customer inquiries, and supporting both our sales and operations teams. If you're empathetic, detail-oriented, and driven to create positive experiences, we'd love to hear from you.


Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and care
  • Provide product and technical support for BUZUD's medical devices, including CGMS
  • Assist with order processing, returns, warranty claims, and after-sales support
  • Manage complaints, service requests, and feedback efficiently and within set timelines
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and Technical Support teams to resolve issues
  • Maintain accurate customer data and interaction records in the CRM system
  • Support retail events, roadshows, and in-store service as needed
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, PDPA, and healthcare regulations
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and SOPs

Requirements
  • Diploma in Business, Customer Service, Healthcare, or a related field
  • Prior experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare, retail, or medical devices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in English (Mandarin, Malay, or Tamil is a plus)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/customer management systems
  • Ability to multitask and handle challenges calmly and effectively
  • A genuine customer-first mindset and a passion for helping people
