Talent Acquisition, East Area, $5000/month (1 year contract)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including developing and executing recruitment strategies, sourcing through multiple channels (social media, referrals, etc.), pre-screening and assessing candidates, facilitating interviews, managing the selection process, and negotiating offers.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide talent advisory insights to support informed hiring decisions.
  • Manage requisitions for new hires, replacement roles, and contractor-to-permanent conversions.
  • Leverage creative sourcing methods, such as LinkedIn, social media platforms, and referral programs, to attract top talent; post job ads, source candidates, and maintain accurate documentation of recruitment activities.
  • Review resumes and assess qualifications to ensure alignment with business needs and position requirements.
  • Conduct behavioral-based interviews, evaluate candidates, and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Oversee the job offer process, including internal salary benchmarking, and conduct reference checks when required.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with HR Business Partners and business leaders to ensure alignment and smooth hiring processes.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders (candidates, hiring managers, and HRBPs) on recruitment progress and timelines.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in end-to-end sourcing and recruitment, covering junior to senior-level positions in a high-volume environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent post-secondary qualification.
  • Proficient in recruitment platforms and tools, including LinkedIn, Workday, and HR dashboard metrics.
  • Experience in the semiconductor industry will be an advantage
