Compensation & Work Schedule:
- Salary: SGD 4,000 - SGD 6,000 (Negotiable based on experience and qualifications)
- Working Hours: Monday - Saturday, 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM. Working hours may be flexible based on client demand.
- Location: Follows the client's location.
As a key personal assistant, you will provide comprehensive support to a high-net-worth client, managing both professional and personal matters. Your duties will include:
- Schedule and Logistics Management: Coordinate and manage the daily schedules for the client and their family, including meetings, appointments, and other activities.
- Communication & Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and external partners, agencies, schools, and medical institutions.
- Office Support: Assist in identifying and setting up a new office space.
- Travel & Accompaniment: Drive the client to and from meetings and appointments. You must also be available to travel with the client as required.
- Personal Support: Provide day-to-day assistance with family matters, including light childcare duties (e.g., dropping off/picking up children from school) and managing general household and logistical matters.

Experience:

- Strong relevant experience is preferred.
Specialized Knowledge:
Familiarity with Singapore's education system and economy.
- Prior experience with immigration and international student processes is a plus.
Core Competencies:
Diligent and detail-oriented, with excellent time management and multitasking skills.
- Highly responsive and capable of executing client instructions precisely and promptly.
Work Conditions:
Must possess a valid driver's license and be comfortable driving larger vehicles.
- Willing to work flexible hours and travel as required.

- Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism, with the ability to provide support to the client's family when needed.

- 交通与陪同: 驾驶车辆陪同客户参加会议和各类预约,必要时需陪同客户出差。
- 生活事务协助: 提供日常事务支持,包括但不限于协助家庭成员(如送/接孩子上学)、管理生活和后勤事宜。
