Patient Information Associate ( Central  / Shift / up to $2500 )

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage with visitors, explain the visiting policy, and assist them with the self-registration process at kiosks or registration counters.
  • Address visitors' inquiries, handle complaints, and manage escalations, including denial of entry after visiting hours.
  • Assist with wayfinding and general inquiries from the public and patients within the HealthCity Novena Campus.
  • Provide guidance and support to visitors at the various main entrances when needed.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive experience for visitors while maintaining compliance with hospital policies.

Requirements:

  • Min Nitec holder
  • IT savvy
  • 1 year customer service experience in fast paced work environment preferred
