Temporary Patient Service Associate

We are seeking dedicated and customer-oriented individuals to join us as Temporary Patient Service Associate. The primary responsibility is to ensure smooth patient flow and provide assistance during the relocation of services and temporary changes in our facility layout.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Guide and direct patients to appropriate locations within the facility
  • Provide information and answer queries regarding service relocations and temporary arrangements
  • Assist in traffic management for shuttle bus patients and other arrivals
  • Operate stair climbers to aid patients with mobility issues
  • Coordinate with clinical staff for special arrangements when needed
  • Facilitate patient journey in areas where electronic queue management systems (EQMS) are not operational
  • Redirect patients to appropriate drop-off or service locations as needed

Requirements:

  • This is a temporary position to support facility changes and service relocations from 27 Oct 2025 to 31 Dec 2025. The working hours are as follows: Monday - Thursday: 8:15 am to 5:45 pm, Friday: 8:15 am to 5:15 pm
  • Excellent communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service orientation

  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment

  • Training on specific duties including stair climber operation will be provided

  • Candidates must be able to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • During lull period, temp staff would also be deployed for clinic administrative support (e.g. appointment call reminders)
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with patient mobility
