F&B Manager (Japanese Restaurant Experience Preferred)

Location: Joo Koon

Salary: $4000 – $4500 (Basic) + Monthly Flexi-Benefits + AWS Allowance

Working Date & Working Time: 6days/week, shift hours

Annual Leave: 18 days + 4 days Family Care Leave

Job Scope

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high service standards.
  • Lead and train front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
  • Monitor food quality, service, and cleanliness to meet company standards.
  • Drive business performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.
  • Manage inventory, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues professionally.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of managerial experience in F&B.
  • Prior experience in Japanese cuisine or Japanese dining concepts is highly preferred.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Proven success in driving sales and team productivity.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
