Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and details-oriented Admin Coordinator to join our team onside. You will be responsible to providing administrative support, ensuring smooth daily operarions, and assisting other departments as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence professionally.
  • Maintain and update company records and databases.
  • Assist in coordinating meetings, appointments, and schedules.
  • Support HR, finance, and operations departments with administrative tasks.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and necessary documentation.
  • Ensure office supplies are stocked and well-maintained.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management.
Salary:

SGD 2,200 – SGD 2,800 per month (depending on experience)

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
