Korean Speaking Medical Information Specialist

Our client, a well-known MNC is currently looking for a Korean Speaking Medical Information Specialist.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate and professional responses to inquiries related to pharmaceutical or medical device products via phone, email, or other communication channels.
  • Analyze and address caller questions, delivering concise and precise information using approved resources.
  • Maintain inquiry and interaction records in designated databases, adhering to organization and regulatory guidelines.
  • Identify, log, and triage adverse events and product complaints, offering necessary follow-up support.
  • Cultivate a thorough understanding of project and corporate policies, including relevant SOPs, protocols, and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external contacts in Korean language to resolve complex inquiries.
  • Conduct research on medical literature when necessary and draft well-informed responses to inquiries in Korean language.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a Life Science or Healthcare-related field (e.g., Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Technology, Biology, etc.).
  • Proven experience in a similar role, demonstrating the ability to handle technical inquiries.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Korean language proficiency to liaise with Korean speaking clients and vendors.
  • Familiarity with regulatory guidelines in the healthcare sector is advantageous.
