Executive Assistant to General Manager

Job Responsibilities  

1. Strategic Planning & Execution  

   - Develop HR and administrative strategies for cross-border operations  

   - Ensure Singapore/Penang factory compliance during annual plan implementation  

2. Talent Management  

   - Lead full-cycle recruitment for Malaysia-Singapore positions  

   - Design regional competency development frameworks  

3. Government Compliance  

   - Manage MBSP/LMW license applications and renewals  

   - Coordinate with Singapore authorities on labor/operational compliance  

4. Executive Support  

   - Document Monday meeting minutes and track action items  

   - Prepare Friday review reports with KPI analysis  

   - Facilitate cross-departmental task execution  

5. Cross-border Coordination  

   - Align Singapore-Penang office operations  

   - Address regional cultural/regulatory differences  

6. Administrative Management  

   - Oversee facility management across both locations  

   - Monitor regional administrative budgets  

Requirements

1. Education:  

   - Hold a degree from a public university

2. Experience:

- we are open to fresh graduates.

- preferable with experience in semiconductor industry

3. Professional Skills:  

   - Proficient in Malaysian labor law & Singapore employment regulations  

   - Advanced Excel/Power BI reporting capabilities  

   - Fluency in English and Mandarin (written & spoken)  

   - Adaptability to multicultural SEA environments  

4. Personal Attributes:  

   - Willingness for weekly interstate travel  

   - Resilience under dual-reporting pressure  

   - Crisis management skills for government audits  

Preferred Qualifications  

- Experience with ISO documentation systems  

- Knowledge of Penang industrial incentive programs

-Fluency in Mandarin, English and Malay who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers
