Roles & Responsibilities

**ROLE**

We are looking for a Hospitality service-driven leader to fill an Assistant General Manager role to help the General Manager in directing the daily **Food & Beverage business operations**. Working as the Assistant General Manager you should be experienced in a supervisory role and be able to confidently deliver performance feedback, set goals, foster teamwork, and clearly communicate business objectives, ensuring business development and growth. We expect the Assistant General Manager must be able to competently perform duties in the absence of the General Manager.
**RESPONSIBILITIES AND DELIVERABLES**
- Leading and executing operations to achieve daily targets
- Building and maintaining relationships with members
- Attending to member and guest feedback and complaints
- Ensuring roster is efficiently planned and develop manning guide according to manpower budget
- Identify training needs and ensure training plans tighten the competency gap
- HR, Logistics & inventory, and admin matters
**THE RIGHT PERSON**
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Good observation skills.
- An ability to deliver constructive criticism.
- Computer literate and basic Math skills.
- An ability to identify weaknesses and provide coaching where necessary.
- Degree in business administration or similar.
