Your New Company:The company specializes in supplying C-parts: fasteners, standard and drawing-specific mechanical components (nuts, screws, bolts, washers, etc.).

Job Summary:

The role of Regional Quality Manager need to ensure quality excellence across multiple sites/customers in the region, maintaining and improving process standards, compliance, and product quality. Serve as the bridge between local operations and global quality strategy.

Job Descriptions :

  • Develop and Implement Quality Strategy

  • Design and execute a comprehensive quality strategy that integrates sustainability goals to support growth across Southeast Asia.

  • Promote and oversee the implementation of best practices, policies, and procedures in quality management.
  • Business Leadership & Team Management

  • Act as a strong business leader by fostering cross-functional collaboration to achieve regional growth objectives.

  • Lead, coach, and engage the Quality team to deliver solutions that meet global standards, while cultivating a culture of innovation and efficiency.
  • Implement effective communication and management practices to ensure remote quality teams remain aligned and high-performing.
  • Customer-Focused Quality Control

  • Translate customer needs into effective quality processes.

  • Enhance customer satisfaction by promptly managing complaints, investigating root causes, and implementing preventive actions.
  • Maintain consistently high approval rates in customer audits.
  • Supplier Quality & Sustainability Management

  • Drive quality management initiatives with Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers across Southeast Asia, conducting audits to ensure compliance with company standards.

  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure consistent quality of incoming materials.
  • Partner with suppliers to minimize environmental impact and implement cost-efficient, sustainable solutions without compromising quality.
  • Pre- and Post-Sales Support

  • Ensure products meet quality standards before delivery to customers.

  • Work closely with sales teams to align specifications with customer needs and resolve quality-related inquiries.
  • Maintain up-to-date product documentation, certifications, and industry compliance.
  • Manage customer feedback, warranty claims, and quality issues, using insights to drive improvements.
  • New Product Introduction (NPI) & Engineering Change Notice (ECN) Oversight

  • Oversee new product development processes, integrating sustainability and internal control measures from the outset.

  • Partner with sales and sourcing teams to identify deviations, implement corrective measures, and ensure quality in samples and documentation.
  • Manage ECN processes to ensure changes are accurately reflected in both quality and sustainability practices.
  • Quality Management System Ownership

  • Manage the company's quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and other certifications).

  • Lead internal and external audits to ensure compliance with standards and customer requirements.
  • Health, Safety & Legal Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and legal obligations.

  • Develop H&S policies, conduct audits, and provide training to foster awareness and safe practices.
  • Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor and analyze performance data to identify improvement opportunities.

  • Drive process enhancements to reduce waste, increase efficiency, and sustain high-quality standards.
  • Internal Training & Knowledge Sharing

  • Lead and participate in internal training activities.

  • Serve as a trainer to share expertise and strengthen team capabilities.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in an international company, including 4+ years in a managerial role.
  • Proven success in quality and process management, with a track record in quality control and continuous improvement.
  • In-depth knowledge of Quality Management Practices and standards such as ISO, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, REACH, ROHS.
