Responsibilities

  • Support client servicing by acting as a key point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Assist in understanding client requirements and propose suitable event/project solutions.
  • Coordinate and support the planning, logistics, and execution of events and projects.
  • Source venues, suppliers, and vendors for sales activities, deployments, and events.
  • Handle event logistics including travel, accommodation, catering, and AV arrangements.
  • Prepare client proposals, quotations, reports, and post-event summaries.
  • Monitor project/event timelines and budgets to ensure deliverables are met.
  • Provide on-site support during events, including setup, execution, and teardown.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain proper documentation and records for projects, clients, and events.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Events Management, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Prior experience in events, project coordination, or account servicing preferred (internships included).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and vendors.
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage timelines.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented with a "can-do" attitude.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, when events require.
