Assistant Sales Manager

· Work duration: 9.00 am – 6.00 pm (Monday – Friday)
Responsibility:
1. Develop a pipeline of new business by prospecting for new clients by networking, cold callings, researching, identifying, and meeting potential customers to grow, maintain, and leverage your network.
2. Hunter for new accounts.
3. Manage customers' daily RFQs by processing quotes promptly and accurately.
4. Responsible for customer/supplier FCST demand and backlog management.
5. Develop new & potential business to strengthen the existing client base.
6. Proactively call assigned accounts to solicit new business and build strong relationships with all personnel with buying influence in the customers' organization.
7. Working with appropriate internal departments, coordinating and resolving operational issues for assigned customers.
8. Use CRM tools to document all customer opportunities and activities.
9. Formulate a yearly business plan, monthly forecasting, and market analysis to submit to management and Headquarters.
Keep abreast of competitor activities and market data.
Other ad-hoc when assigned.
CRITERIA
1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
2. At least 1 -2 year(s) of sales experience in Semiconductor / Electronics components with the Asia Pacific will be an advantage.
3. Good knowledge and understanding of the Semiconductor/Electronics component market.
4. Possess a positive attitude, highly motivated, resourceful, and efficient.
5. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast pace environment.
6. Fluent in Bilingual is preferable.
7. Proficient in MS Office applications.
8. Some overseas traveling may be required.
9. Able to start with short notice or immediate.
