Product Marketing Manager
to lead the marketing efforts for our product portfolio and drive the go-to-market strategies.

Job Responsibilities
:

As a
Product Marketing Manager
, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals and drive product adoption. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Product Positioning & Messaging
    :

  2. Develop clear and compelling product positioning and messaging for different market segments.

  3. Define unique selling propositions (USPs) for each product and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
  4. Craft compelling value propositions that resonate with target customers and differentiate the product from competitors.

  5. Go-To-Market Strategy
    :

  6. Lead the creation and execution of
    go-to-market (GTM)
    strategies for new product launches and major updates.

  7. Collaborate with product management, sales, and customer success teams to align on product messaging and launch plans.
  8. Create comprehensive launch plans, including marketing campaigns, sales enablement, content creation, and event coordination.

  9. Market Research & Competitive Analysis
    :

  10. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and behaviors, as well as monitor industry trends.

  11. Analyze competitor offerings, market conditions, and customer feedback to help refine product features and go-to-market strategies.
  12. Develop buyer personas and ensure that product messaging aligns with the needs of different customer segments.

  13. Content Development
    :

  14. Collaborate with content teams to create high-quality content that educates and engages potential customers, including blog posts, case studies, white papers, and product brochures.

  15. Oversee the creation of compelling sales and marketing materials such as presentations, product demos, webinars, and videos.
  16. Manage the development of online resources like landing pages, product sheets, and FAQs.

  17. Cross-Functional Collaboration
    :

  18. Work closely with the sales team to develop sales enablement tools and training materials, ensuring they are well-equipped to sell the product.

  19. Partner with the customer success team to develop materials that help customers understand product features and maximize value.
  20. Collaborate with the design, web, and PR teams to ensure that product messaging is aligned with brand guidelines and effectively reaches the target audience.

  21. Metrics & Reporting
    :

  22. Define KPIs and track the performance of marketing campaigns to assess their effectiveness in achieving business objectives.

  23. Regularly report on product marketing initiatives and their impact on product adoption, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
  24. Use analytics tools to measure product engagement and identify areas for optimization.

Qualifications
:

  3. Experience

  4. 3-5 years
    of experience in

  6. Experience with
