JOB CONTENT

  • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap, aligning with evolving market demands and business goals.
  • Drive the product from ideation through productization to scaling, balancing rapid innovation with disciplined delivery.
  • Architect and nurture AiBE as a multi-agent ecosystem, enabling seamless interoperability with internal and third-party AI agents to extend functionality and intelligence.
  • Prioritize and enhance user experience by delivering intuitive interfaces and personalized interactions that meet diverse occupant and operator needs.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, UX, and business teams, leveraging modern tools and technologies to accelerate development and continuous improvement.
  • Lead integration efforts with Building Management Systems (BMS), CMMS, IoT platforms, and third-party agents to build a comprehensive AI-driven facility management solution.
  • Facilitate user-driven AI training capabilities to ensure dynamic knowledge growth, retention, and accessibility.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to drive adoption and market penetration.
  • Ensure adherence to AI ethics, data privacy, and regulatory compliance in product design and deployment.
  • Analyze product performance data and user feedback to inform strategic decisions and optimize outcomes.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience managing AI or technology products throughout the startup, productization, and scaling phases.
  • Deep understanding of AI, multi-agent systems, machine learning, and data integration technologies.
  • Strong user experience focus with a track record of delivering customer-centric products.
  • Startup mindset: agile, resourceful, proactive, yet structured and analytical.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and best practices in product management.

QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or related disciplines.
