  • Proactively identify and resolve potential stock issues to prevent wastage, product unavailability, and ensure timely delivery. This is critical for managing perishable food products.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, production, and logistics teams to ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience, from order placement to delivery.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the food sector, particularly related to frozen and chilled food products.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand market reach and build relationships with potential clients.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to inform business decisions and strategic planning.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of proven F&B foodservice sales experience, specifically within the poultry industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of the poultry industry, including products, applications, and market trends.
  • Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and own vehicle.
  • Strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
