Looking to kickstart your career in projects, events, and stakeholder engagement?

My client is looking for an enthusiastic Project Coordinator to join their team on an 11-month contract to assist in the planning and execution for the Quantum Comms Programme. If you enjoy keeping things organised, working with people, and making events run smoothly, this role is for you


What You'll Be Doing

  • Plan & Coordinate: Help organise meetings, workshops, and events with partners (from telcos to international stakeholders).
  • Keep Projects on Track: Monitor milestones and timelines so things run on schedule.
  • Share Updates: Put together reports and updates for team reviews.
  • Support Events: Be part of the action in planning and executing programme activities.
  • Stay Organised: Record meeting notes, track action items, and follow up with teams.
  • Manage Info: Keep our CRM system up to date with engagement details.
  • Create Content: Assist in preparing slides, reports, and briefing materials.
  • Do Research: Dive into desktop research and provide useful insights.
  • Be a Team Player: Jump in to support the team on any ad-hoc tasks.

What We're Looking For

  • Degree or background in Business, Engineering, Communications, or related fields
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Strong communication skills (both written & spoken)
  • A great team player who enjoys collaborating with others
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and willing to learn

  • Contract: 11 months (through recruitment agency)
  • Location: Labrador Park
