Project Coordinator (Conference & Events) - Entry Level & OJT ProvidedLocation: One-North MRT

Salary: Up to $3,300 per month

Duration: 8 to 11 months contract (Subject for extension

Working Hours: Mon to Fri, Office Hours

As part of the team to support a Corporate / Govt Conference that brings together professionals across ministries and agencies. You will play a key role in coordinating with multiple stakeholders to deliver a successful, engaging, and impactful event.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder Liaison:
  • Act as the main contact point for internal teams, partner agencies, and vendors.
  • Coordinate with the appointed Organiser on deliverables and timelines.
  • Prepare meeting notes, track progress, and follow up on action items.
  • Event Planning & Coordination:
  • Support conference programme planning, speaker engagement, logistics, and delegate experience.
  • Monitor project milestones and flag potential issues proactively.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and publicity materials.
  • Operations & Administration:
  • Maintain project documentation, contact lists, and budgets.
  • Handle procurement, invoicing, and other administrative tasks.
  • Support site visits, workshops, and rehearsals.
  • Onsite Event Support:
  • Assist in registration, speaker and VIP coordination, and troubleshoot issues during the event.
  • Work closely with the organiser and venue to ensure smooth execution
