About the role

We are seeking an Project Coordinator to join our team at Innovasia (Singapore) Pte Ltd.

What you'll be doing

  • Handle daily Project administration work, including preparing of grant chart, project planning.
  • Manage and track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables from concept to completion.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, fabricators, and contractors to align schedules, deliveries, and installation.
  • Monitor project budgets, quotations, and cost reports to ensure financial efficiency.
  • Support site coordination, including logistics planning, material delivery, and installation follow-ups.
  • Proficient in Autocad & Sketchup to review measurement & propose solutions.
  • May require to travel overseas for projects.
  • Assist the team in executing daily activities and objectives.
  • Organize and maintain the sample library as needed.

What we're looking for

  • Experience in Project Coordination.
  • Interior design background is preferred.
  • Minimum Qualification - Diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Powerpoint, Autocad & Sketchup.
  • Strong multitasking and independent working skills.
  • Mature, responsible, and proactive with a positive attitude.
  • Immediate availability preferred.
