About the role

As a Project Coordinator at QS Organization, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of construction projects within the Central Region. This full-time position requires exceptional organisational and communication skills to coordinate various aspects of project management, ensuring the efficient and timely completion of assigned tasks.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assist the project management team in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project activities
  2. Coordinate communication between project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams
  3. Maintain detailed project documentation, such as meeting minutes, progress reports, and change requests
  4. Provide administrative support, including processing invoices, managing procurement, and updating project databases
  5. Identify and resolve any potential issues or risks that may arise during the project lifecycle
  6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  1. Relevant experience in a construction project coordination or administrative role
  2. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with diverse stakeholders
  4. Proficient in using project management software and Microsoft Office suite
  5. Familiarity with construction industry terminology and processes
  6. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when required
