  • Position: Assistant Operations Manager
  • Location: Bedok North
  • Working Hours: 5.5 day work week (Monday to Friday: 9am - 6pm, Saturday: 9am - 1pm)
  • Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,800 + Staff Meals + Variable Bonus + Medical Benefits
  • Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing overall daily operations of F&B outlets
  • Oversee outlet manpower and provide support when necessary
  • Ensure hygiene and safety standards are met at all times
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly
  • Control costs and maintain healthy profit margins
  • Develop strategies to improve sales and the working environment
  • Work closely with HR on recruitment and HR matters
  • Coordinate with the Marketing Executive on promotional campaigns
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

  • Requires prior experience in F&B operations management is preferred
  • Possess strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Required to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
