
Admin Operations Assistant

Duration: 1 + 1 year, extendable/convertible
Working Location: Bedok Industrial Park, Bedok North Ave 4
Working hours: 08.00am – 5.30pm (Monday to Friday) (To standby for ad-hoc class support on Saturday and weekday evening – under overtime claims)
Job Duties
Class Logistics
· Prepare class materials including attendance sheets, exam slips, refreshments, and other logistics
· Ensure classroom readiness and trainer support
Daily Operations
· Provide on-site and remote support for daily course activities
· Update attendance records and assessment results in the system
· Download and compile course evaluation feedback
Customer & Course Support
· Handle customer enquiries related to contractor courses
· Assist with course registration via TMS and other platforms
Ad-hoc Support
· Provide support for Saturday and evening classes when scheduled
· Assist with urgent operational tasks as assigned
General Administration
· Maintain accurate records and documentation
· Support team with any other administrative duties as required
Requirements
· Diploma in any discipline.
· Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience.
· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Able to work independently and collaboratively across all levels.
· Prior experience in training operations is an advantage.
