Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Understand client hiring needs and provide suitable recruitment solutions.
  • Prepare job ads, manage applications, and conduct initial assessments.
  • Ensure smooth coordination of interviews and candidate follow-up.
  • Meet recruitment targets and contribute to the company's growth.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in any field (HR, Psychology, or Business preferred but not compulsory)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior recruitment, sales, or business development experience will be an advantage
  • Fresh graduates with the right attitude are welcome to apply
