• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate placement.

Requirements


• Full CEI certification in compliance with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations.


• Demonstrated success in recruitment, talent acquisition, or related sales roles.


• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.


• Highly self‑motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
