About the role

Talent Blaze Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing and placing top talent for our diverse client base. This full-time, commission-based role is based in the Downtown Central Region, offering the opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

What you'll be doing

  1. Proactively source and identify top-quality candidates for a range of roles across various industries
  2. Liaise with clients to understand their unique hiring needs and requirements
  3. Screen, interview and assess candidates to ensure the best fit for our clients
  4. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial outreach to successful placement
  5. Build and maintain a strong network of candidates and clients
  6. Achieve and exceed individual and team recruitment targets
  7. Contribute to the growth and development of the Talent Blaze business

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of recruitment or sales experience, preferably within the agency or executive search industry
  2. Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  4. Proven track record of successful candidate placements
  5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  6. Genuine passion for connecting top talent with the right opportunities

Certification: Fully accredited with CEI certification, meeting all Ministry of Manpower (MOM) requirements.
