Talent Blaze Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing and placing top talent for our diverse client base. This full-time, commission-based role is based in the Downtown Central Region, offering the opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.
What you'll be doing
- Proactively source and identify top-quality candidates for a range of roles across various industries
- Liaise with clients to understand their unique hiring needs and requirements
- Screen, interview and assess candidates to ensure the best fit for our clients
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial outreach to successful placement
- Build and maintain a strong network of candidates and clients
- Achieve and exceed individual and team recruitment targets
- Contribute to the growth and development of the Talent Blaze business
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment or sales experience, preferably within the agency or executive search industry
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proven track record of successful candidate placements
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Genuine passion for connecting top talent with the right opportunities
Certification: Fully accredited with CEI certification, meeting all Ministry of Manpower (MOM) requirements.
