Responsibilities

  1. Recruitment & Sourcing

  2. Actively source and recruit cleaners across the island. Conduct onsite interviews to assess candidate suitability, according to the provided checklist

  3. Coordinate and facilitate interviews with hiring managers at various project sites (if required)

  4. Coordinate and ensure candidates arrive at meeting points or job sites to meet hiring managers

  5. Documentation & Data Entry

  6. Prepare and manage onboarding paperwork

  7. Enter and maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data in the HRIS or company database

  8. Reporting & Compliance

  9. Complete recruitment surveys as required

  10. Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and regulations
