Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Operations Management: Oversee and manage day-to-day HR functions.
  • Talent Acquisition: Partner with teams to understand staffing needs, and actively source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, headhunting, and our career website.
  • Pre-boarding & Onboarding: Prepare offer letters, assist with work pass applications, and conduct new hire orientation.
  • Employee Records Management: Maintain personal files and update HR system records.
  • Work Pass & Confirmation Monitoring: Ensure timely renewals and confirmations for staff.
  • Administrative Support: Prepare letters (offer, confirmation, employment verification), manage insurance inceptions and cancellations, and handle business-related travel bookings (flights, hotel, visa).
  • Payroll & Government Submissions: Manage payroll processing, CPF, tax submissions, and leave claims (maternity, paternity, etc.).
  • Employee Engagement: Plan and organize company events, team-building activities, and other recreational events.
  • Office Management: Manage office access, supplies, cleanliness, and general administrative duties.
  • Ad-hoc Support: Handle other tasks and responsibilities as needed.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in HR & Administration (recruitment and payroll experience essential).
  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Nationality: Singaporean only.
