Job Responsibility

  • To ensure customer satisfaction by ensuring the quality, compliance and service to customers
  • Driving continuous improvement, resolving quality issues proactively, and ensuring excellence of products to customers
  • Ensure outbound processes meet customer specifications and quality standards
  • Attend and rectify customers' feedback and lead root cause analysis using tools like 8D, DMAIC, and FMEA
  • Manage customer returns and warranty claims, ensuring timely resolution
  • Monitor and audit outbound logistics processes to ensure compliance with ISO 9001
  • Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce outbound defects and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and mitigate risks in outbound operations through statistical analysis and process audits.
  • Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth outbound operations.

Requirement

  • Diploma in Engineering (Quality Management)
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in the field of quality function (preferably in Manufacturing or Distribution Center)
  • Good communication skills to effectively engaged with internal stakeholders & customers/partners
