We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our jewellery products and services to walk-in customers, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring all merchandise displays are attractive and well-maintained. This role combines sales, customer service, merchandising, and administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Service

  • Promote jewellery products and services to walk-in customers.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships.
  • Handle phone enquiries professionally and in accordance with company standards.

Administrative Duties

  • Accurately open and close sales and pawn accounts.
  • Arrange and manage pledges efficiently.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to sales and customer service operations.

Merchandising & Display

  • Ensure displays and merchandise are visually appealing and well-presented.
  • Monitor stock levels and promptly report any discrepancies to the manager.

Team Collaboration

  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet sales and service goals.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for enhancing performance.

General Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment.
  • Ensure the store remains tidy and presentable at all times.
