Location: Near One North MRT

Contract Duration: 1 Year

Working Days & Hours: Mon–Thurs, 8:30am–6:00pm; Fri, 8:30am–5:30pm (inclusive of 1-hour lunch break)

Join a dynamic HR Policy & Planning team where you will play a key role in ensuring data quality and accuracy across multiple HR systems. This role involves hands-on data validation, error rectification, and system updates that directly support HR decision-making and reporting.

Responsibilities:
  • Review HR datasets and records across various systems to identify issues such as missing data, inconsistencies, duplicates, and errors.
  • Verify and correct data, sourcing additional information as needed through online and offline channels.
  • Perform accurate data entry of rectified records into relevant HR systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and apply effective cleaning methodologies.
  • Conduct regular quality checks on cleaned datasets to ensure integrity and completeness.
  • Assist the team with general administrative support, including preparing reports and processing invoices.
Requirements:
  • Diploma with at least 3 years of strong, hands-on experience in data cleaning and handling large datasets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
  • Experience with SAP-based HR systems will be an advantage.
