Your Job Scope:
- Grow business by providing service solutions to customers for onboarding
- Lead and outreach to customers via calls, emails, site visits, and meetings
- Manage the end-to-end process of onboarding and growth of customers
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to ensure successful handovers and launches
- Research and learn market trends and customer insights to develop business strategies.
Who We're Looking For :
- People-centric individual with strong verbal and communication skills
- Experienced in B2B or B2C sales is advantageous, but not required
- Experienced in F&B, Beauty, or Insurance industry is advantageous, but not required
