Restaurant Supervisor

Responsibilities :
- Working closely with the restaurant manager to lead staff
- Assist the Manager/Assistant Manager in the daily operations of the outlet
- Ensuring product quality and availability
- Ensuring a consistent standard of customer service
- Responsible for serving food and beverage to guests according to service procedures
- Responsible for the quality service, product and cleanliness of the outlet
- To perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Singaporean / Employment Pass only
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in restaurant, hospitality or retail management, additional operations and/or leadership experience strongly preferred
- Hands-on experience in all facets of FOH and BOH
- Ideally with fast casual dining experience
- Team player with good leadership and communication skills
- Able to work on rotating shifts, weekends & public holidays
